- a toothed belt from the rear wheel drives a pulley connected to a gearbox in the headstock of the bicycle - this technology was patented and marketed as Progear
- the full-suspension prototype conceived by Pollanka was mothballed soon
- in 1996-97 the Japanese station wagons and rally cars producer Subaru became interested
- brought about 180 all-wheeldrive mountain bikes and branded by Subarus German agent
